A Letter to Mr. Radar Speed Detector

Dear Mr. Radar Speed Detector on the side of the road,

I know people often speed on the road on which you reside. I may, from time to time, be one of those people. Today, however, I was going 43 miles per hour and the speed limit is 50. Why did you feel the need to flash the words, "43 MPH. Slow down!" to me when I was well under the limit? Just curious.
